9:45am Session 1 - An Introduction to the Ministry
11am Morning Tea
11:20am Session 2 - Child Protection
12:30pm Lunch
1pm Session 3 - Legal Issues for Catechists
2pm Finish

Level 1 Course
The Level 1 course is designed to provide a basic competency level for beginning Catechists.
Level 1 is a six-day course usually held on consecutive Mondays or Fridays.
Each day begins at about 9:30am and concludes at about 2pm. There are three sessions per day with breaks in-between.

Level 2
The Level 2 course is designed to provide further training for Catechists who have completed the Level 1 course.
Level 2 is a six-day course held on consecutive Mondays or Fridays. Each day begins about 9:30am and concludes at about 2pm with breaks in between.

Diploma Course (Level 3)
The Diploma Course (Level 3) is designed as further education for Catechists who have completed a Level 2 course.
Please note that there will be no Level 3 course offered in 2010. Level 3 will be offered again in 2011.

Regional Inservice Day
The Regional Inservice Day is organised by the Regional Co-ordinators and includes topics pertinent to the needs of catechists.

Illawarra & Shoalhaven - 20 September (specific venue to be advised)
Macarthur & Southern Highlands - 13 September (Micah House, 35a Cordeaux Street, Campbelltown)
